Coffee is a little bitter this morning. I mean more bitter than usual, coffee by itself I think is a bitter drink, but that's the way uh huh uh huh I like it. I read somewhere, sometime, long ago, that adding a pinch of salt will take some of the bite out of your coffee so that's what I did, and indeed the coffee is smoother. I've also read something about eggshells, though I think that you are supposed to add them to the coffee before brewing, also I don't have any of those handy … I mean without the gooey inside parts. Some say adding a shot of Irish whiskey will do the trick, now that I've tried, but I don't do that anymore. Enjoy Christmas Eve.
