Butter-knot squash, anyone?
Autumn Squash
Skipping right to November now, October was all Inktober, but looks like September….well, life got in the way.
One of the houses on my regular walking route grew some pumpkins in the past, so I’ve started keeping an eye out at their yard around Fall. Last year it seems they switched to yellow squashes. Fortunately for me, one was right over the fence, so I could take some pictures. It was such a happy, round squash that I decided to paint it. Used the Manero This Paint/oils. 😊
Honk ye, honk ye! I hereby offer two duck-or-goose-shaped gourds that, if one were so inclined, may serve as artistic inspiration for illustration! Perhaps someone could put eyes on them or something!
