I always pictured Lois looking into the room through like an observation window, like Clark and Bruce are in some kind of medical room
But the thought of Lois actually being in the room physically is really good. Now I'm imagining Lois holding onto Bruces hand with both of hers even after he has passed out
And in the end of it all Clark is distraught and Bruce is being moved to a gourney and put on oxygen and she's still trying to hold onto his hand till Alfred gets there, because in her mind it's, he did this for her the least she can do is be there for him
