I think we have overlooked the potential that is jondaisy.
Like the amount of ways they parallel each other is insane for one and for two that doesnât even scratch the serfice of their relationship together.
platonically we already saw some of it in canon, but it was very little, and I want to offer some hcâs for both /p and /r mechs!jon and basira knowing each other from uni and Daisy and he are both mutual friends of basira so it kinda makes sense that they would get along, not entirely âwellâ at first, but fairly ok.
Iâve seen a few âpre-unknowing friends-with-benifets to ambiguous relationship post-coffinâ auâs and that rattles in my brain a lot tbh.
post-coffin moving in together bc they have separation anxiety and yes, basira and Daisy are still close, but not like before, and she doesnât want her to worry any more than she should, seeing as sheâs going on all these errands to stop the rituals already, but Daisy doesnât want to be alone so she invites Jon over and doesnât let him leave. Jon also stays bc he doesnât really have anywhere else to go, and also doesnât want to spend all night at either home-alone at his flat or in the archives.
