Idk if you've read Paper Towns, but like imagine Billy and Steve being neighbors. Steve has been pining for years, and one night Billy is outside his window asking him to borrow his car. The two carry out a series of tasks, including getting revenge on people who have made Billy's life a living hell. Steve learns more about him that night, and they actually kiss.
