I took this picture to inspire greatness and spark motivation in all who come across it's message! Be kind and compassionate to the earth and all who inhabit it.🙏 Everyday, when I make my tea, I choose 3 tea bags for my pitcher, and then I eyeball about a ¼ cup of unbleached cane sugar for the whole jar, that's 80 fluid ounces, or ten 8oz cups! That's 1 part sugar to 40 parts tea which is not much but it's just like Mary Poppins' old adage, 🎶"A spoonful of sugar helps the medicine go down!"🎶 And I only add a small amount of sugar. Our bodies don't need as much sugar as we're being fed in our Typical American Lifestyle culture! (Btdubs, 🎶 these are a few of my favorite things!🎶😏😆) And some positive notes! 🤪 I recycle all of my big pickle jars (along with recycling everything else lol)! Some of them, I reuse as tea pitchers because glass is better than plastic to put hot liquids in. I stir my tea with a wooden spoon because my older cousin Paul said it was better than using a metal spoon which is more likely to break the glass especially when it's hot. I recently found that Ecos plant-based all-purpose spray cleaner at the Harps down the road from my house and I snagged it because plants are amazing beings that have healing and cleaning abilities and I love them! They are naturally antimicrobial which means they kill viruses, bacteria, fungi, and parasites!
