Like my skin is extremely light - so skin cancer is always a concern or there is some diabetes in my family - so that’s always there. I would want genetic changes that would improve my odds of not getting those things. . Aurora’s End is the final book in the Aurora Cycle trilogy from Amie Kaufman and Jay Kristoff. “Squad 312 has been scattered across the galaxy. The ancient evil called the Ra’haam is taking over planet after planet. The super weapon disappeared during the big battle. Is there one last chance for the team to save the universe?” It was nice to be back in the world of Squad 312 and the Aurora Legion. They made an interesting choice for this book. And it worked (no spoilers) You’ll understand the cover after reading this. The ending was not a cookie cutter ending which I like. You’re never sure who will make it to the end 😮 This cannot be read as a stand-alone - you need the full trilogy. There’s a good recap at the beginning to get you caught up from the 2nd book. The story does have a couple of slow parts but the ending is worth it.
