Hi Urbancers, It's time to give you some news about the evolution of the pilot, and we are happy to tell you we already produced a big chunk of the whole thing. Our animation team in Tokyo grows a little more each week and now has 9 animators from the best animation studios in the world: Hiroshi Shimizu (lead animator), Antoine Antin, Atsuki Tamura, Cédric Hérole, Anaïs Chevillard, Yurano Chinatsu, Alex Ulman, Charles Lefebvre and Eddie Mehong. Yapiko Animation is leading the animation team alongside of PH Studio and Graphinica, 2 others independant Japanese studios. PH and Graphinica produce the inbetween, the coloring and the precomp. All the backgrounds are handled internally at Steambot, mixing both 2D and 3D. We will try to give you more infos and post sneak peeks as much as we can. So be ready to see badass animation!
