I don't like how whenever Endeavor has been shown thinking about his family there's no remorse for what he did but more like resignation "ya I did this shit time to atone", his words in chapter 188 and how we're supposed to empathize with him for having a "good reason to abuse his family"... and then have him do the All Might pose as if he even deserves it, bruh I really wish Hori didn't get into this storyline...

the new animated spiderverse trailer looks so fun! give it a look Cal :D

It looks good! I wasn’t sure before just from the name, but I think it’s really cool that we’re getting a multi-universe crossover for this movie. I love it when there are multiple Spider-folks running around because it’s always a hilarious disaster, and I also love the comic(s) that this movie seems to be based on, one of which starts off like this 

I also love the premise of the movie because we get the simultaneous fun of adult-Peter who knows (mostly) what he’s doing since he’s been doing it for years, and teen-Miles who still has no idea what the hell’s going on. We’ve never actually gotten the former Peter in the movies before (except kinda for the later Tobey movies), because the movies prefer to go with Spider-Man when he’s just starting out and still finding his legs. We get that in this movie too, but this time we have a Spider-Dad in there too. 

Not to mention the latest smol girl that makes u op if she loves you... I kinda dropped MHA bc of this, the story doesn't engage me as much to stick with this bs again :/ I have enough putting up with OP

I can’t blame you. I remember in the past I would get disappointed when friend in the OP fandom would announce they were formally leaving the fandom or dropping the series. I was already well aware of all the problems it had and was actively writing about them, but I still had the mentality that the good outweighed the bad. Whether or not that is still true for OP is... debatable at times, but now whether it’s OP or BNHA or whatever other shounen authored by a dude who has never been friends girl in their life, I’m just at a point of “lamo drop it whenever.”

Oh yeah well Hanebado has a manga so maybe you can check it out if you're interested later! at least I didn't see any awfully unnatural boobs in the pages I skimmed through.

lol I loved her the instance she showed up. I can never remember her real name (it’s Mitsuki--had to look that up to remind myself). At my city’s Pride festival last weekend I saw a lady who had the half-brown-half-dyed-blond haircut of like a standard suburban soccer mom (just like this, which I found by googling “soccer mom haircut” so there you go) and her arms were FUCKING SHREDDED like full on Mitsuki shredded. She was standing in front of a woman’s tackle football league booth. Very fitting. I was very impressed. 

Anyway, I’m always glad to hear you’re enjoying it and taking your time with it. I used to reread the chapters when they were still slowly, slowly, being translated. Those were dark times, so be glad you missed them. 

U kidding I'm definitely drawing all these amazing gurls soon cuz they dang deserve it xD, sure! so far I've been talking about it on twitter but I'll try to make a post with my thoughts when I'm done with it.
