my biggest issue with sou's design besides the shotabait is that the design is not at all easy on the eyes. there is very little difference in the values and i honestly don't know what's going on with the white dress cardigan thing? so i changed his dress to green and the dress structure in general, made him look older and also brought some darker aspects to callback to his prior punk style. i also changed his eyes to be visually different from the others because the white/yellow pupil was really hard to notice since they're already quite small

his backstory is mostly the same i didn't really have a problem with it, i just tried to specify what kind of blindness he has

for the story role, sou is actually the first survivor so far. his treatment in chapter 3 was really odd and the torture was very unnecessary. i think he would go through the same stuff where he can move around fine enough but is insecure about been seen as weak due to his blindness, especially in a killing game situation. i think he would also start off very cold and separate himself from the group, eventually getting closer to people like erina and mutsuko and opening up to everyone else. i would want his arc to involve learning to not be ashamed of his disability and of asking for help
