I feel a bit more myself again when we clear the treeline and emerge back into the festivities at Bloodhaven. A cheer goes up, but it peters out quickly and becomes hushed gasps and whispers of concern at the sight of Sir Brummbär carrying me bridal-style out of the woods, a bloodied bandage around my thigh. I try to raise a hand to wave off their fears - I'm fine, it's fine, just a little tired is all - but the movement is weak and likely only serves to make matters worse. Funny, I didn't feel this ruined on the forest floor, but I suppose that was before trying to walk out of there. Perhaps the shock is wearing off.
