WELL, i just quantified the (visual) submissive instances of the NXX boys by counting every instance i could find in card graphics, all so i could see who is the most (visually) subby freak among them

FIRST, HOW DID I GO ABOUT THIS?

i created three sheets, each quantifying a different type of subby instance: Kneeling, Bondage, and Rosa on TOP

here's how i scored each of those instances:

additional notes:

i counted each of these instances in unique CGs each card has. this means that SSRs and SRs, have the opportunity to gain 2 points maximum (as they have a Base, an Evolve 1 (which is almost the same as the base) and an Evolve 2), while MR and R cards can only gain 1 point maximum.

i did not count instances of submission within the story. this is because that would necessitate that i read Every Single Card Story In Tears Of Themis, and im Not Strong Enough For That. this quantification only takes into account the visual instances seen in CGs.

EDIT: I KNEW I MISSED A CARD SOMEWHERE. i missed vyn's Secret Whispers card!! this gives him a full additional point, meaning he's actually in 3RD PLACE and not 4th. thank you to those who spotted this error, and congrats to vyn for not being dead last!!

Hello!! I like this is fun! I picked a nice mix of guys from Kengan Ashura and Omega!

Shen Wulong, Xia Yan, Ohma Tokita, Lihito, Omori Masamichi, Gaolong Wongsawat, Jose Kanzaki, Wakatsuki Takeshi

Shen Wulong -

Shen going to get lost himself in a crowd. He will literally look at you before walking off to something that caught his attention. He is the type to be talking while walking right next to you, "Oh hey..." then he walks away so you think everything is fine before you realize he is suddenly gone. Part of him also does this to see if you care or are really paying attention to him, he just wants to see if you care. And mostly because something caught his attention that he wants to see closer. If you are in a relationship he might just take your hand and walk away with you without warning. "I wanna see this"

Lihito -

Lihito will get so excited in a crowd that he would lose you but he swore he was holding your hand the whole time and still lost you or let you slip away. You both will be holding hands while talking about something he is really looking forward to seeing, "Im so hyped up for this babe!" once Lihito sees what he is excited about he will jump up and let go of your hand to point "Hey! There it is Babe!" at it then immediately jogs over leaving you. Sometimes he will just pick you up and run off with you, if you bring up that this happens often. Lihito is great for going to a concert with, he will just put you on his shoulders with pride!

Xia Yan

You are by his side at all times. Yan cannot breathe if you are not next to him or in his eyesight. He will stress out and go on a hunt if he lost you in a crowd. He gets even more stressed when you are with Shen because he knows Shen will go out of his way to get your attention and leave. He already wears a disguised mask and sunglasses but you can tell he is stressed. In order to keep his cool Yan will have a Worm member follow you when he knows he will be busy. Yan will perfer you stay shoulder to shoulder or when he feels that it is appropriate he will hold your hand in his.

Ohma Tokita-

Ohma would never lose track of you in a crowd. He may seem aloof and nonchalant but he has his eyes on you or is very aware of your surroundings. He's not going to just up and leave you without saying anything, with that being said I do see him wandering off if you are with a group, but he will tell you that he is going to leave and offer you the option to join him with a slight shrug. He will tap your shoulder, or nudge you with your elbow before walking away. He'd rather he go off on his own with you joining him then him up and leaving. Now Yamashita and the group...yeah Ohma isnt going to tell them anything he will leave that up to you.

Omori Masamichi -

Omori is willing to go anywhere with you and doesnt mind crowded spaces, if you would like to wander off or something catches your attention mind conversation you are free to walk away or ask him to wait for you while you go off. He is just a few feet away from you but he likes to give you your space to be independent. Omori is also 6'8 so he can see you when you are far without an issue so space for you to wander isn't a problem. With that being said, Omori would still rather have an invitation from you to join in your wandering. Take his hand and walk with him, or tap his shoulder and point to where you might want to go so see can go with you. He loves your independence but he also wants to be involved.

Gaolong Wongsawat -

Interesting, he would never lose you in a crowd but you lose him in a crowd more often then he would like. Not because you arent paying attention or that he walked away but because the crowds form because of Gaolong. He perfer quite and open spaces with minimal amount of people as possible. Gaolong is a public figure and a proud ambassador for Thailand's tourism, when he is out he is going to be pointed out and attention will be drawn to him. To a certain extent Gaolong cant just walk away without a word so he tries to calm the crowd as quickly as he can. He is feels that the crowd is going to get to big or cause a scene then Gaolong is quick to take your hand and pull you behind him where he knows no one will cause you any personal trouble. Or he would ask you to hold onto his shirt while he speaks to the crowd. He would perfer to stay in.

Jose Kanzaki - Mi querido~ Jose recibira mas atencion de mi parte~

Jose is also another public figure that is popular in Japan for his pro wrestling! Jose's demeanor helps him when it comes to crowds forming around him, his fans knows to keep a few steps back. Jose is also very proud to have you as his SO and by his side so he expects his fans to stay a respectful clear distance from you when youre out together. That being said he doesnt a few fans coming up for a photo, he will even give you a shoutout. When it comes to date night he would rather avoid crowds, people move out of Jose's way especially when he has his mask on but then they won't make way for you in the same manner which makes Jose get agitated and Jose is not afraid to tell someone to move out your way. Jose will place a hand on your lower back or have you walk in front of him so that people will move.

Jose>> Takayama. lowkey a takayama opp. Jose's mask> Jose's hair> Jose's attitude> Jose >>> Takayama

Wakatsuki Takeshi -

Wakatsuki is standing behind you, he wants you close so he can make sure that you are safe but it also puts his mind at ease, he is also the type to have you in front of him while you both and walking through the crowd. Wakatsuki will have his hand on your shoulders lightly guiding you. You are able to slip through him though if you find something that really catches your attention that you would like to see. You will tap him lightly and point out what has gotten your attention and you walk away before he can respond, it catches him be surpirse. Or you can slip past him when you both of talking and walking side by side and then you decide to keep talking while you are talking away. Wakatsuki will turn when he notices that your voice sounds distant. He wants to give you your space to see what you would like but he also wants to be as close to you as possible. He will feel much better if you wrap your arm around his and just pull him with you wherever you go.

ARTEM WING

artem regards himself to be a man of great patience and discipline. he has sat through hours of the most tedious and boring lectures and interrogates arrogant, stubborn liars as a career. you, of all people, should not be a problem. and yet, no one gets under his skin, and admittedly, deep into his heart, quite like you do. "again, mc, i'm really not interested in rosa like that. while I appreciate the sentiment, i'd rather we move on from this conversation."

"but you like her!"

"not in the way you seem to think i do."

it was one of many, really. you'd seem to have picked up the notion that artem was lonely or unattended to, and have now dedicated yourself to bringing relationship prospects to his desk. every. single. night. it was beyond exhausting; for one, to constantly have to reject your hopeful stare (he finds it quite cute), but beyond that, to have to watch the person he likes set him up with yet another person he hasn't the slightest bit of interest in.

still, he was taught to be tempered and levelheaded – so he keeps his composure whenever his chest has to take yet another bruising from your indirect rejections. he chooses to hold his tongue, because he sees the way you look at him, lean into him; and it is oddly reminiscent of the way he does with you. he assumes you're shy, or maybe you just haven't come to terms with your feelings. still, the way you're acting has him questioning if he's simply misunderstood your attention as affection.

as if he hasn't had enough, you begin keeping him at arm's length. gone were the days where he'd drive you home after work, invite you over for movies, or chat idly to forget the burdens of his day. so while he is an incredibly patient, disciplined, tempered, and levelheaded man, he finds himself at his wit's end. after all, no man can be deprived of something as essential as someone like you and be expected to remain steadfast in his principles.

"artem, you won't believe who just came over! she's another alumna from stellis university, so why don't you head down and-"

"mc."

"hm?"

"what's so wrong with just liking me? i don't understand why you're so adamant that i start seeing someone."

clearly you weren't expecting that, since artem fights back a grimace at your bemused expression. "i don't like you," your denial is unconvincing. the tremble in your voice and the red spreading to your cheeks don't make for a particularly persuasive case.

"you do. you like me, and i like you."

"no, you don't. you're you."

"what do you mean by that, mc?" his voice is soft, as it always is when it comes to you. it is gentle and smooth, as if he is afraid of catching you off guard.

"i mean you're out of my league. you're so warm and upright and perfect!"

"i'd rather be in whatever league lands me next to you," and he takes a step closer to you, just like old times. you don't pull back. "and for the record, i'm only warm to you. i only try to look perfect in front of you."

in his last act of betrayal against the patient persona he's spent so long building, he leans in and takes your lips to his, greedily and hastily. maybe this will drill into you just how badly he wants to be in your league, however high up he thinks he might have to climb.

MARIUS VON HAGEN

"yes, he is free later!"

marius almost immediately contradicts you, "no, i am not. sorry." the face of the actress falls, her brows pinching as he imperceptibly shrugs her arm off of his elbow. she can only helplessly watch as his arm finds itself wrapped around you again, and his eyes meet yours. "miss, what are you doing?"

"i'm not doing anything."

"you're throwing me to the wolves! do you not find me handsome anymore?"

you hit his arm, just light enough not to sting, "don't say things like that. people will get the wrong idea."

"good."

"what?"

"nothing," marius quips back, a pout on his face. you know he's upset. he's probably used to all these pretty faces and big names, you figure. that must be why he refuses to leave your side. unbeknownst to you, marius is making farfetched conclusions himself. he suddenly gasps and sharply turns to look at you. a horrified expression is on his face, and for a moment you're worried; that is, until he opens his mouth.

"you're setting me up with people because you want to talk to someone here! that's it, isnt it?! who is it?!"

you shake your head fervently, but he's not paying any attention to you. his eyes scan the ballroom, marking every other person a target, rather indiscriminately. he points at some guy you're not sure you'd even seen that entire evening, "is it him?! i know he's decent looking, but he's got a terrible personality – and i'm definitely more attractive!"

"marius, stop pointing! he's not-"

"i knew it! it's four eyes over there. if you wanted a smart-looking older guy, you know i can drop the nicknames and start wearing suits everywhere, right?"

you sigh and take his hand. that seems to shut him up, but the frown never leaves his face. "i don't know any of these people, marius."

"then who is it?"

"there isn't anyone!"

"why send me off then?"

"can't i just do something nice for you?"

"if you wanted to do something nice for me, you'd just fess up and tell me you like me too. instead of keepin' me at my toes everyday." his dejection is still worn on his face, but the slight wince in his expression tells you all you need to know: he didn't mean to let it slip either. his hand finds yours, "so can't you stop this? i don't like it at all." his face returns to that of his usual whining, eyes sparkling and lips jutted out.

"stop playing cute, marius," is all you can muster out, grasping for anything to avoid the embarrassment of having your feelings served on a platter in front of you.

"you find me cute, mc?"

"that's not what i-" still, marius' grin is enough to steal the words off of your tongue. there is no better remedy to a stubborn heart than a beautiful face.

LUKE PEARCE

he sits across rosa, and he hates to admit it, but he is rather displeased to have to be having lunch with her. not that he dislikes the girl, she is his childhood friend after all. still, he got all dressed up and even wore the expensive perfume you said smelled good, expecting to have a nice meal with you. excuse his dissatisfaction when he is met with an equally perplexed rosa. still, she seems to catch on, as she lets out an amused laugh.

"you are so unlucky with love, luke."

"yeah, yeah. laugh it out."

"you should just tell her, y'know. be upfront!"

"no way. she's clearly not comfortable with something, if she's going out of her way to set me up with people. i don't want to catch her off guard and upset her."

rosa shrugs, "you can't always do it her way, is all i'm saying. anyways, now that your soon-to-be partner called me off of work for this, you're paying, right?"

later that evening, he messages you:

up for dinner? X<

your response is immediate.

sorry! busy with work :\

he frowns. no, you're not. he knows for a fact that you just closed a large case, and celestine has you on light paperwork this week to make up for thrusting such a big client on you previously. his fingers instinctively brush against the home button on his phone, but rosa's words echo in his head.

tomorrow then? the new cafe by the flower shop is open

as he expected, you are just as fast to shut him down

don't think i can! i've got lots of documents to go through :((

he's aware tomorrow is your free day, the one you've complained about to him because you had nothing to do all day. and he knows you've been dying to check out the new cafe, after seeing so many good reviews from farther franchises.

in 20 minutes, you hear a knock on your door. you aren't expecting anyone so you're instantly alarmed, but that trepidation dissolves when you're met with luke's face on the door camera he installed when you first moved into your place. you open the door for him, confused.

"it's so late! did something happen?"

"you're avoiding me."

"i'm not! i really am busy."

"you can keep setting me up with people if you have to, but don't push me away. if you really want me to have lunch with random people, that's fine, just keep your dinners open for me, please?"

"what are you talking about?"

"and if you really want to go somewhere, just go with me. i won't even think about crossing your lines. i'm happy enough just being with you, so don't avoid me."

you sputter, trying to find the words to pull away, but you're lost for excuses. "i don't want to push you if you're not ready to tell me what you're thinking, but i want to make sure you know that i like you. romantically. scratch that, i'm in love with you. downright obsessed."

"luke, you should know i'm really not as good as you think i am. i'm kind of mean, and moody, and all kinds of stupid."

"i love that too. in fact, that's probably my favorite part."

VYN RICHTER

his eyes are cold, devoid of any of the warmth and faux softness the doctor had worn in front of you. the girl you'd left him with no longer feels an inkling of that initial attraction, begging whatever divine being might exist to please put her out of her suffering and give her an exit, far away from vyn's disinterested stare.

vyn, on the contrary, pays no mind to the girl next to him. he is preoccupied with the bleak realization that you are trying to set him up with someone else. even worse, having lured him there by getting his hopes up for a dinner with you. it was offensive, really, that you'd think he was so easy to shake off. "i'll take my leave first. have a nice day, miss." the girl quickly stands up at vyn's words, "a-ah! no problem, i'll be going as well!"

if the sight of the girl rushing out of the restaurant, short of running out, was a sight that piqued some emotion from vyn, it was yet to be seen. instead, he stares down at his unread chat:

did you go home already?

surely, you wouldn't have left him, right? not after all the effort he put into setting the perfect date up, not that you'd know it was a date. still, the music is set to your favorite artist, he knows this is the cuisine you'd been craving, and he's dressed in the outfit he knows your eyes linger on the longest.

all that work and he is left with your gaping absence and the nagging feeling of disappointment swirling around his chest cavity.

have a nice date!

your reply confuses the doctor. there was no date. for there to even have been a date to begin with, you should be there, smiling up at him with that crooked grin he happens to be intensely fond of. to his dismay, you are neither next to him, nor blessing him with the smile he's written off as a potent pain reliever.

what date? are you coming back?

why would i come back?

for our date.

you can almost imagine vyn's self-satisfied smirk, as you make your way back to the restaurant. "no need to run, you might trip," you glance up to see vyn's warm smile. he smooths out your hair, shaken up from your brisk run to where you'd left him.

"no take-backsies!"

"hm?"

"this is a date, vyn! you can't change your mind just because you don't have anyone else to dine with!"

"didn't you notice whose favorite song is playing? whose favorite food was on the table?" and true to his words, the familiar scent in the air and music in your ears are premeditated and well-executed. you send him an incredulous glance.

"have i impressed you enough for a do-over of tonight?"
