A/N: No one requested this but it's been in my drafts since before my first post. Let me know if I missed anything. Also even tho the tags have "POC" or "Black" anyone can read it. No race specified.

You lie in bed next to him. Half asleep, you snuggle closer and nuzzle your face into his neck. Even in your sleep you wish you could be closer but this will do for now. You get goosebumps as he softly caresses your shoulder to your waist, covered by his shirt.

He checks the time and sees he has to get up soon. He tries to slip out of bed to get ready while trying not to wake you up and starts getting dressed for work.

"Ah! Damnit!" This causes you to jolt out of your sleep and sit up.

"Honey?" You say in a gruff voice, unsure of what's happening.

"Oh, I'm sorry for waking you up, baby/babygirl/babyboy" He says apologetically. He wasn't planning on waking you so soon.

"It's okay. You leaving?" You ask wondering if he was about to leave without waking you.

"Yea-" He gets out before you cut him off.

"So you were gonna leave before saying bye and giving me my kiss?" You slightly joke but not really. You were hoping he'd say his farewell before leaving like he usually does.

"-If you let me finish! I was going to say-" He stops to check if you're going to cut him off again. "Yeah but I was just finishing up getting ready before saying goodbye and giving you your kiss" He finishes.

"Mhm." You hum before looking at the time and seeing it's time for him to leave. "Well, it's about time for you to leave and yet-.. still haven't heard "I'll see you soon, sweetheart. "" You cross your arms, waiting for him to give you what you want need.

He chuckles and starts slowly walking toward you, looking down at you when he gets to your shared bed. He leans down to kiss your forehead before leaning back up. "I'll se-" He gets cut off again by you.

"You missed a spot." You purse your lips, looking up at him.

"Man/Women/Whatever-you-prefer, you have a serious problem with cutting people off." He jokes, laughing at you doing this for the second time within a few minutes.

"I'm sorry!" You laugh with him, putting your hands together as a sign of asking for forgiveness.

The two of your laughs calm down before he continues. "As I was saying.. -" He stops again to check if you're going to cut him off.

"Oh stop it! I won't do it again!" You whine, laughing a bit.

"Okay, okay. I'm just messing." He laughs before leaning down to kiss your lips. "I'll see you soon, sweetheart." He's still really close to you face so you lean in for another kiss, and another and another.

"Okay, I have to get going so that I won't be late." His tone a little sad before he smiles again.

"Alright. I love you!" You yell as he starts his way out of the door.

"I love you too!"

Is there, anything else I should know to keep my works and stuff more inclusive for poc?? Like keeping it open for all people but also making it so anyone of any ethnicity white or not can read? Or if I was to write specifically for poc reader is there anything I should include? I try my best to refrain from writing for certain ethnicities and stuff due to me not wanting to write smth offensive and I'm honestly not sure it would be ok seeing as I myself am not a poc (I'm so sorry if anything I've said is offensive in any way!!)

I just wanna keep everything open for anyone and everyone!!!
