one of the worst part of experiencing focus issues is that once you notice it's happening, you're reminded of it every 3 seconds if you try to do literally anything

I gotta say, after having kinda ambiguous-ish mental health issues and general health issues for years now, it's really weird to get a blood test back that's like 'this organ is being a bastard and it's causing most of your symptoms'

It's definitely a recent development, I'm just not used to something so concrete - it even explains why my adhd meds haven't worked as well lately
