It's easy to fall in love and I could see how lots of the companions have chemistry in their own way, but Wyll and Lae'zel stand out to me. Both are very dedicated to causes bigger than themselves which, in my opinion, makes them compatible long term. I think it helps that they have the same writer as well, which maybe explains the common themes of valor, legends, dragons, colours, battles, bruises, etc. they both share.
Especially the colours. I love that Wyll uses them to describe his love, and how Lae'zel admits that he helped her to finally see those colours. During the sunrise he described her as! COME ON. It's like they were written for each other ;_____;
Ranger Wyll wants nothing more than to regale you with tales of his battles. This tells me that his heart really does belong to adventure and heroism... which very much mirrors Lae'zel's most natural ending. I think her and Wyll are the only companions who, when given the most agency in their own stories, actively seek out a cause and are not yet ready to settle down into an easy life. Duke Wyll excluded though, I think he is a good fit for someone else but I consider that ending to be quite dry anyways.
Anyhow, this was really fun to edit. In an effort to keep this as authentically them as possible, all the scenes, dialogue, and kisses (except minthara's last kiss and dream guardian hug) are cannon to either of them.
