Hoo boy. Here we go.

The problem is, there are pairs I enjoy writing, pairs I enjoy reading, and pairs I enjoy specifically because there is someone I love reading who writes this pair phenomenally or just throws their whole heart into it. There are also different levels of enjoyment, from "will die for them" to "will read if I come across it" to "appreciate it exists" to "like it better than other pairs." So this is an inexact science at best. I'll do what I can.

Asami let out a tired sigh, then pushed open the door of the bar. The low buzz of conversation felt like a warm blanket. She didn't really want a drink, but spirits, anything was better than a whole solitary evening in an empty house. Even if all she did was sit alone it would be better than that. At least here Asami could pretend she had company.

She scanned the crowd and was surprised to see a familiar figure. He was perched on a stool near the end of the bar, one big hand wrapped around a glass, and apparently just as alone as she was.

Kenny looked down at where Prince Wu was sprawled out on the couch. He was face down, thank goodness, which might, might keep his little brother from recognizing that the future leader of the Earth Republic had passed out in Tahno's living room in his underpants.

"Can we keep it?" Kenny asked slowly.

Tahno rolled his eyes. "Definitely not. It's garbage day, remember?"
