I've started Bullet Journaling and I'm really enjoying it so far! Not only has it helped me visualize my week and organize my tasks, but creating and designing the spread each week has been really therapeutic and gives me an outlet to be creative in a way I normally don't get to express. My weekly spreads feature: I.) Weekly Writing Goals - As of yet, I have not completed any of my weekly writing goals, but writing them down and seeing them at the top of my journal each week helps me to remember what it is I should be focusing on in a given week. II.) "Daily Box" - This was an idea inspired by my therapist. My ultimate goal in life is to be a full-time professional writer, be that writing and selling books or being staffed on a television show. So I created a "box" divided into four sections, each of which will help me reach my goal of being a full time professional writer. They are: 1) Planning 2) Drafting 3) Research 4) Platform Each day, I try to do at least one activity from one of these four boxes. That way, at the end of the week, I can look back on my bullet journal and know that every day, I am doing something that gets me that much closer to my goal. How do you use your bullet journal?
