After a bad check up in March, I used the quarantine extra time for fitness goals. Without a commute, I could exercise again. I’ve lost 32lbs. (Pregnancy/breastfeeding weight). I’m back to my normal weight! Still want to lose 5 more to be absolutely fit. I haven’t been this light in decades. Work commute, desk job, IVF... all equaled weight gain for me. But nothing affected me more than my pregnancy and then breastfeeding. I was 145 when I started IVF. 170 at the end of my pregnancy. I’m now 130.
