I know an absolute full proof way of getting better but, making that change and connect to brain to body is a Herculean feat. Knowing that if I walked more or exercised even for fucking 20 mins a day I'd start to feel better within fucking weeks.

But when your body hurts all the time and doing simple tasks is hard how am I supposed to just go out and exercise? I don't know if it was just beaten into my head as a kid that exercising is hard and it will always be hard and you'll never climb that metoeohritcal gym rope so why even try?
