Here is my ilvl I was and my stats. Nothing fancy, all my armor there.

Here was my talent set up for the fight. The input code is:

Import that for the set up.

If it helps-- get rid of any spells you are NOT gonna use on the toolbar. I used thrash, moonfire, lunar beam, and incapacitating roar for the first phase along with two macros, that was it. It helped me, I don't do well with clutter. SOMETHING THAT WAS VERY IMPORTANT TO ME: Make ONE macro for targeting Variss, and another to target the eyes. It makes it SUPER easy to switch between the two-- those are the only things you're gonna target the first phase. Second phase you will just target Kruul thru the whole fight. For that I just placed mangle, raze, and swipe to another part of my tool bar for the second fight.

At the start of the first phase-- immediately hit Variss with the lunar beam (STAY OUT OF HIS DECAY CIRCLE) hit thrash (it will reach him outside his decay), and then SPAM moonfire as many times as you can, and when thrash's CD is over, hit with another. SAVE YOUR LUNAR BEAM DON'T HIT HIM WITH IT AGAIN. WAIT until the nether horrors appear. When the nether horrors appear and start running at you (not when they first appear, they will sit there for a few) go into the decay circle when they near and group with you, then hit lunar beam-- IMMEDIATELY hit incapacitating roar, then hit thrash. Then start spamming moonfire on Variss again while running out of the circle. If any nethers follow hit tab and finish them off with moonfire, but they usually die there. Please remember before all this, and during, occasionally hit the eye target macro to see if any eyes are up, then hit the Variss macro to target back. When eyes pop up-- spam moonfire on them. If you notice their cast is half way or less, face them so you don't get knocked of the edge. It takes 1-3 moonfires to kill them. If they didn't start the cast, sometimes you can just hit them with two and let the moonfire burn kill them off. Also Variss will drain life-- be sure to interrupt that whenever you see him starting to cast it. If he's about to cast it and you're a few seconds from the decay wearing off-- let it wear off and then interrupt. It's okay if the drain happens for a few.

When the infernos pop up, just ignore them, don't target them, just avoid their stomps. I ended up with the infernos always in the middle, dying when the horrors popped up.

Also when the infernos pop up, just be sure to move a bit. I just lapped circles around the outside of the decay.

Just rinse and repeat until Variss is dead-- it did NOT take me long to kill him. All I had was one inferno by the time he was dead.

Tip: If you have an uncomfortable amount of decay on you (I'd say 4 stacks I was pretty uncomfortable) you can hit one of the orbs to give you time to let it wear off. Sometimes the timing can be all janky and you can get a lot stacked on you. It all depends when he decides to cast draining life, cuz any time he casts that you'll get a stack of decay on you, and if he does it right before the nethers, it will stack high.

Now phase one DOES take practice-- you might not get it done just follow this guide on the first try. But once you get the habit of checking for eyes-- it'll become easier. My main issues were the eyes knocking me off the platform. Just remember to target with the macro and then switch back if they're just dead. If they're up, and they're casting, turn and face them and hit them with moonfire. If you're in the middle of the nether horrors and one is up, when you're gonna kill them in the middle, just turn and face the eye. Kill it after you do the thrash attack. Trust me when I say you WILL get use to all the adds. It just takes practice. The main adds that ARE the worry are the eyes, that's it. Don't stress over the nether horrors or infernals, they're trash and the nethers will die when you do the thrash with lunar beam in the middle.

Phase 2: Kruul will appear and he doesn't have a lot of health left. I don't have TOO much of a guide on him, honestly I mostly used the left over orbs, attacked him for a few, hit barskin and iron fur, then kept attacking him, hit any orb that appeared.. He lasted maybe 20 or so seconds.

But in truth-- he casts Annihilate that will one hit you if you don't cast some sort of protection. But I didn't have an add on so I never knew when it was gonna cast and I didn't really notice it. I just kept iron fur up tbh and focused on attacking him.

He WILL cast twisting nether which you want to look out for and interrupt it, it will heal him and it pretty much means a wipe if he heals.

After you defeat him, he'll go into the middle, and blow up or something, and then you'll have the fel bear available at the barber shop!
