STONE SOUR- THROUGH THE GLASS
This one...this one was rough. Really rough. As some of you know I lost my husband in 2016..the PTSD from 3 tours and injury in Iraq won.
This song was one that was played at his funeral. I know it has been 10 years now. It doesn't feel like it but it has. It still hurts the same. But Mickey and Ian deserve to own some of it too I think. After I wrote this and read it to a friend, my friend pointed out that it could absolutely be me speaking as well. Ahhh me and Mickey should hang out sometime.

Kyle still suffers from PTSD sometimes after losing his arms and legs while serving in the military, but has found it healing to get out into the fresh air and peaceful quiet of the forest park just outside of town as often as he can
