Workplace Burnout: Workplace burnout happens everywhere due to conflict in job demands especially when those demands are to high to begin with. Another tough one when battling workplace burnout is when the business has the lack of resources for you to continue or even finish your job correctly with no say at all in any correct decision making. The work place can be stressful physically and emotionally. The type of stresses such as emotional exhaustion and physical exhaustion should be handled correctly and early for a positive work environment. One of the worse careers that can lead to workplace burnouts are career jobs that has the lack of employees to get the job done or even worse employees that now lack working. If your business is a so called seasonal business and you down grade by laying off the seasonal hired employees for the slow season while knowing that the demand for your product is still somewhat high in the off-season leaving your full time employees with extra demand in overworked multitasking. This so called slow time is for your full time employees to embrace this important time in reorganizing and regrouping with causal relaxation by getting ready for the steady and demanding season that will be ahead of them once again. You need to spare those employees who have given you their all during the seasonal struggles by strategizing the workload by maybe making one of the seasonal workers a full time member in a role as relief for proper vacations to be awarded and taken. Yes, down grading in the off-season is meant to save money short term for the business. But, for the demand on keeping those loyal and trustful long term employees you need to think about not burning them out by overworking those hard working employees for those unnecessary short term money only figures. It’s time to rejuvenate those hardworking employees so they can stay fresh for the next demanding season. Don’t let your employees go home feeling like life itself feels like a job. Show your appreciation and let it it be known to all of your employees so that they don’t feel like they need to expect more from themselves. #workplaceburnout #burnoutprevention #businesscoach (at Kamloops, British Columbia) https://www.instagram.com/p/B45O-m9AVmk/?igshid=1jpnwlanfdf6x
