Friendly reminder, especially to everyone, who is working from home: in these colder months, when the days are shorter, remember to find time to go outside in the daylight. Even if it's just a 20 minutes walk, it makes a difference. Going outside in the evening is not the same. You need sun. Even if it's cloudy, raining, or snowing, the sunlight is still there. It's easier to just wait until the end of the workday and only then go outside, but then it's already dark. You absolutely can and should find some time before work, or take a short break during the day just to go take a walk outside while it's still bright. Not seeing any sunlight for a few months can actually make you depressed.
