The toilets at my work experience baffle me because they fully do not need gender segregated- theres only one toilet in each section, may as well just have 2 all gender toilets, surely?

For my work experience I get to sit in on meetings with the client and with subcontractors and internal management. It's really cool, and lets me see the impacts of my prospective career in the real world. However. I'm also getting to see the importance of coordination between civil and structural engineers, as well as the architects, because otherwise you get what's happening at this project, where the plan keeps changing because every time the client changes their mind a bit, it takes a million iterations for the design team to have a cohesive, structurally sound design
