you truly picked the worst out of the list this is me attempting to write my and my friends ffxiv characters be cute and whatnot for the first time. it involves my character allowing himself to be vulnerable for once, and i am STRUGGLING. i dont know how to write something like this. it is cringe. it is slop. its still not nowhere near finished and i dont think it'll ever be at this rate. but i need to, for my friend. who has been waiting for far too long

look man all i know how to write is abstract angst, and i guess it would work here too, but thats not the POOIIINTTT. you have my edgy angsty little guy that trusts noone and rumor says hes sleeping in his armor, letting himself be seen for who he is by... his wife. whom he didnt marry for love mind you but tax benefits! (did i force my friend to marry me in game so we get a cool ring that lets us teleport to eachother? yes, it made ARR relics way much easier). they slowly end up actually falling in love, he starts to trust her in time. but this writing is the true first time in which they get close
