I got a few extra hands helping me out on the balcony today! Pretty close to finishing. Nothing like giving old wood new life with a little love and care. Kids came around to help me with sanding and this little lizard tested the structural integrity for us. Bowl blank from walnut.

POP Han Solo in Carbonite.  I decided to seal my POP Han Solo in Carbonite, so I made a wood frame, cut off Han’s arms and re-glued them, then used a hot glue gun to tilt his head.  I also used a rotary tool to give him a mouth and used puff paint to give him eyebrows and added drool coming out of his mouth.  I added layers of glue over a month to let it dry.  Painted him Hammered Silver.
