Carter had arrived in Toronto when summer had already started, so she really hadn't acquainted herself with many of those who'd soon be her classmates at Degrassi. What she did do, however, was find a job that would certainly make her popular with the kind of people she enjoyed being surrounded by. It wasn't as if she were involved in some gang or a huge operation, she had simply met the right person at the right party who happened to grow some plants in his back yard. Now, Carter was a top seller of his small group, selling weed to the stoners of Toronto and getting to know those who identified as Degrassians. It wasn't easy when she didn't know many people, but she was lucky that so many simply knew to come to her. Today was different, though. She had a few small bags of weed in the purse, but this time no one was coming to her. Instead, she had been given a time and place to meet up with some girl who was looking for an easy way to get a small amount of weed. She didn't mind this, as long as she sold the amount she had to.
Following the directions the GPS on her phone was giving her, the short haired brunette made her way in her beat up car to the location she was given. It was closer to Degrassi than she liked, but she knew she'd soon have to sell within the halls, since school was starting up very soon. Checking her rearview mirror, the street she was on was quietly busy as she pulled her car towards the curb and parked. The girl got out and grabbed her purse before locking her car and walking towards a quaint looking cafe. She went inside and ordered herself something so she didn't look suspicious being there. Eyeing the place, she spotted a table outside and decided that was the best place. She paid for the small coffee and walked outside, taking a seat at the table. Carter had been given a description of the girl and told she went to Degrassi, but she knew nothing else but that. Her eyes searched each person that went into the cafe, concentrating on the description she was given. When she spotted a girl that looked like she was looking for someone as well, Carter smiled, "Excuse me, are you Jack?" She asked politely, knowing that if it wasn't, it'd be better to be sweet than piss the person off, "I'm Carter." She introduced herself so the person knew that she was the one she was looking for.
