So the limited edition prints available will be split evenly between the two conventions. Some more Angewomon before the weekend! I got a few dms asking about the wings. They’re made out 3/4 inch pvc pipe for the base/wing bones. The wing base is made out of 2mm foam and the feathers are made out of 2mm foam as well. All the feathers were dremeled which unfortunately you can’t see too well in pictures but I also didn’t add any coloring for depth. I got the dremeling feathers idea from @chimeral_cosplayart and just took my own spin on it. PSA pt4: if you say something offensive, just apologize. It’s okay, we all make mistakes. A sincere apology goes a long way to making things better. . . We all have bad days, foolish moments, a single instance where we do something without quite thinking it through, and we make a mistake. It’s okay. Just apologize. . . I’ve been the butt of race jokes more than I can count. When people make excuses, when they try to pass it off as if I’m too sensitive, or I didn’t get the joke, or any number of things to try and justify their behavior, it only makes it worse. They get defensive, and it makes the offense worse. . . When people just apologize, when they admit that they didn’t mean to be hurtful and they’re sorry for their comment, it makes it so much better. It doesn’t erase what they said, but I get closure out of that situation and we can all keep moving forward. . . A good, sincere apology goes a long way. . .
