Thank you for agreeing to me responding to you on my page! First of all congratulations on the beginning of letting go! Secondly, I'm so glad you're feeling strong and that the list of truths I wrote for you helped. When you begin to realize how badly someone treats you they start to look differently to you too, that's what's happening with you now and you're simply beginning to restore your self-esteem with thoughts such as 'I let him do that to me?!' There is nothing to feel bad about falling out of love with a man who doesn't love you, he sure doesn't feel bad about it or the fact he abandoned you pregnant. I don't think you feel bad, I think it feels strange to you because you've spent so much time focusing on him that and now you're not. Then there's the connection of knowing you're having his baby. I know you feel like you're over him and I think you're doing perfectly, but this really is just the beginning which is why you are still feeling things and those feelings will keep changing, you're going to go through more emotions after you have the baby. You'd be surprised! Don't feel like you need to rush getting over him, I know you really want to but you can't force yourself. Stay true to your feelings!
