The struggle is real! - The plan was 5 minute warmup, 4 mile run, 2 minute cool down, then walk home from wherever I ended up. Near the end of my 4 miles I was running out of gas but pushed on. “Only 1/5 of a mile left…I can do it!” Hit 4 miles and my watch hadn’t switched over to the 2 minute cool down. “What the hell” I thought.
