being holed up in his garage with him watching him tinker with an old scrap of metal you can't even tell what it was supposed to be but you know he's gonna do his damned hardest to restore it, all the while listening to the soft patter of the rain dropping on the sheet metal roof.
words can't describe how beautiful he looks in the dim overcast, his light source being a singular bulb across the building and yet he still looks enchantingly handsome, focused on fixing a loose screw there or replacing a piece of rusty metal there.
and don't get me started when he finally decides to pay attention to you. putting his project on the back burner to simply admire you, his breathtaking and sweet partner whose done nothing but patiently bless him with their presence with no complaints. god how he loves you, the way you wordlessly watch him with nothing but warmth that rivals his body heat.
they say loving a werewolf is difficult, even dangerous at times, but its the tender moments like these where you're staring into each others eyes where those stories don't exist. where the cold ones or even his pack mates can't reach you two, both minds and souls so interwined with each other nothing could break them apart.
this came to me while listening to role model paired with Texas's disgusting weather... anywho hope u guys enjoyed :3 <3

You have been acting very suspiciously for the last couple of days and the entire wolf pack is itching to know what you are hiding. When classes are all said and done, you would come by to hang out then quickly make an excuse to exit. Jared has been bugging you nonstop with his questions about what you were keeping secret. Every single time he was hit with the same answer. “Nothing.” Even Embry and Quil were starting to get curious, they even threw you some of their theories about a secret lover, a weird ability, or maybe something embarrassing happened. You shot all of their ideas down. This sent them all in a spiral as they devised a plan to ensure that they will get to the bottom of this mystery pit. The next time you came by, you said hello to everyone then like clock work, you excused yourself. All the boys exchanged knowing glances as they followed you when you were a good distance away. Why in the world are you heading into the deep forest? They steadily watch you follow a marked trail of ribbons on branches with a tote bag carrying something.Â
From time to time, you would look back and around cautiously before continuing this weird trail. Then they stop, you slide down a mud hill carefully to then finally reach your destination. “Hugo! Mari! Lana! Marco!” You shouted excitedly, your voice directly hitting a strange cave-like structure. Then the boys all held their breaths. A bunch of wild wolves come running your way with their tails wagging. Some were quick to scent you, others snuggled up to you, and then there were some ready to tear your bag apart. “Okay, okay! I got it! Hang on!” You giggled as you brought out a huge piece of raw meat out the bag and the wolves just dug right in. As the group of young wolves feasts away, you move closer to the cave entrance for another wolf, one that is bigger than the others to stare at you. “Hello Milo?” You greet the alpha of the pack and he just slowly blinks at you before moving to the side for you to see his mate. “Hey, girl, how are you doing?” You cheerfully call out as you see her laying in a cozy bed of grass with pups laying around fast asleep. “You’re doing such a good job, Momma.”Â
Your hand slowly scratched the area behind her ear before you pulled out the medicine to treat her leg. The bandages were gradually unwrapped to see that her wound was healing at a decent rate. After a few drops of medicine, she whines but stops when she sees her mate come in and lay next to her for comfort. “You two are so cute. Reminds me of a lot of the friends I have back home.” You smiled as you brought out new bandages to be placed around her leg. By the time you finished the treatment, the wolves outside only had the bones left of the fresh raw meat you offered. “Jeez, you guys sure have an appetite” You said as you brought another piece only this time, it was for the alpha and his mate. The two enjoy their meal as you head outside to not disturb them any further. “Alright, who’s up for some roughhousing?!” They may not understand a single word you said but they sure know how to play around.Â
All the wolves would gather around you as they each got their turn dragging you around to play fetch, tug of war, or even just drag you around with your arm in their jaws. They of course would be extra careful knowing that you are different from them physically. Overall, it was great fun and it was evident from how you were laughing away. However, off in the tree lines, a whole other group of wolves felt slightly salty. “So this is what she was hiding all this time?!” Jacob asked in a whisper-yelling tone. “Look at her all happy and crap?” Quil annoyedly spoke as the rest of the pack hummed in agreement.Â
“Who’s a good boy?! Who’s a good boy?! You are! Yes, you are!” You cheered as Marco hops around you. While he does that, he is suddenly tackled by his little sister, Mari. You watch on the side with the other two wolves roughhouse each other. As the boys continue feeling envious of these wild wolves, Seth accidentally stepped on a twig. Everyone was on edge. You, the wolves, and the boys who are now glaring at Seth frustratedly. Hearing the commotion outside, Milo steps out of the cave to investigate. The boys know just as well as he does that they have been spotted and so made their presence known. “It’s just us! No harm!” They all put their hands up in defeat as you let a sigh of relief out thinking you were done for. “What in the world are you guys doing out here?” You asked interestingly. “We can ask you the same thing.” Paul responded back as he crossed his arms over his chest. “I feel betrayed.” Seth pouts.Â
“You abandoned us.” Jared exaggerated. “Did not! I was just helping these wolves out. Plus they think of me as family now.” You tried explaining only to have your eyes glued to the forest floor. “Are we not family?” Embry questioned with a raised brow. “Of course we are! It’s just at times, I would like to have a little peace and quiet!” That definitely hit a sore spot for them. “Wow! Just wow! I’m unimpressed, Y/N!” Quil let out, he shook his head. “You guys are seriously mad at me for this?” They were all thinking the same thing. “YES!”Â
Sighing you just sit back down to pet Lana. “Well I won’t be with them long. I’m only hanging around them to make sure Lotty is alright.” Your eyes darted at the alpha’s mate resting in the cave. Acknowledging your reasons, they forgave you and stood around to play with these wolves. They were definitely having fun since when night was approaching fast, Sam was telepathically asking them about their location. Knowing not to make him wait any longer for the fear of getting in trouble, they got up and ready. You did too, earning a lot of saddened whimpers. “I’m sorry but I have to go. I have my own pack to return to.” That statement really got the boys to fashion big gleeful grins. “I’ll be back tomorrow.” You promised as you scratched each of their heads one last time before leaving with the boys.Â
The next morning… Saturday morning…Â
You were up and early to drop off a few things at Emily’s place till you stopped in your tracks. “What are you guys doing here?!” You panicked as you saw the entire pack of wolves lounging around Sam’s front porch. As your mind wandered off, Emily was quick to notice the group of wolves when she woke up. Although worried at first, she was quick to warm up to them. She and Lotty got along real quick. Lotty felt safe showing Emily her pups and Milo didn’t move a single inch as he watched over everyone protectively. Then when Sam made his round outside, there was some sort of tension. Milo was up on his feet when he picked up Sam’s scent heading there way. “Easy, easy.” Emily calmly spoke as Milo stood in front of her and his mate to protect them. “It’s okay. He’s friendly.” Emily told Sam but he wasn’t convinced. Eventually, Milo backed down and returned to his original spot to care for his mate. The boys would soon arrive and be just as surprised.Â
“OH COME ON!” Jared whined, his hands thrown up in the air. His comment sent the wolves to growl at him for being too loud. You and Emily could only smile at each other. Of course, Kim and Rachel also made their way down when they heard about the whole wolf situation. They were loving it just as much as you and Emily. The wolves absolutely freakin adored you girls while the boys sat outside or watched from inside dejectedly. “Great first our friend. Now our girlfriends?! What next? The house?” Jared complained as he took a huge bite out of a muffin he snatched from the kitchen. “You think they’ll be gone by tomorrow?” Paul asked Jared. They both simultaneously looked outside. “Yeah, that’s not happening.” Jared said as he watched Kim pet Lana. Rachel was playing fetch with Hugo. Emily was still sitting beside Lotty as her pups fought around her lap. And you just sat around with Mari and Milo who didn’t want to be bothered.Â
As you girls continue playing with the wolves, they start to get hungry and you know it since they are sniffing your bag. “Shoot! I forgot I needed to buy meat for them.” You got up immediately hoping to make the trip quick. “Wait! I’ll come with you, I also need to get a few things.” Emily hopped up for the opportunity. “Me too!” Rachel shouted and no doubt Kim was also going to join. “Great! I’ll drive!” Emily announced as she was quick on her feet to grab her keys. “You boys stay here and make sure the house doesn’t burn down!” Kim shouted as she followed the rest of you girls. They all groaned in agreement as they watched the wolves move around here and there. Milo was still having a hard time being around Sam since both are alpha’s in their own pack.Â
But he kept calm with Lotty around. “He’s a lot like you Sam.” Jared jokes. Sam just smiles and shakes his head. “I don’t think so.” Hearing that, Jared almost chokes on his food. “Yeah right?! You act the same way around Emily.” Such a bold statement caused him to get an intimidating glare. “Well if you boys acted like these wolves half of the time, I won’t be stressed as much.” He takes a seat on the porch steps watching the wolves.Â
“WOAH!” Leah gasped as she saw the random forest wolves laying around. “SEE I TOLD YOU SO!” Seth boasts about his win in the argument. Picking up her scent, the younger wolves approached her and rubbed their sides against her. “Hi?” She crouched down to pet them. They are very welcoming to her. A few minutes later, you girls returned with a huge load of food. Emily got to cooking. That just leaves you, Kim, Rachel, and Leah all occupied with the wolves. You were all tired out half an hour later and the wolves still wanted to play.Â
The boys on the other hand were not enjoying the sight before them. “For once, I can’t wait for patrol.” Quil irritatedly told Embry. Embry just nods as he watches you hang around the wolves. “I feel like I’m being replaced.” Paul grumbled. “Couldn’t agree anymore.” Jared moaned. Enough was enough when you girls decided to mess with them even more by eating outside. “Okay, this is the last straw! You've spent the entire day with those wolves and none with your own wolf! What’s up with that?!” Jared passionately dragged Kim back inside. Sam and Paul soon followed his example. That leaves you and Leah outside, not that you mind as your friends bicker some more. The wolves were just as happy to enjoy their delicious meal. “I could get used to this.” Leah jokes, nudging your side with her elbow. “Me too.”

The energy and excitement flowing throughout the campus was immeasurable these past couple of days since the football announcement of your college playing against its rival. Everyone is so hyped up, tickets were literally sold out within two days, and undoubtedly a lot of confident spouts among the students about how your college was going to win. The boys were unsurprisingly pumped as this was going to be their first season in the games. They were telling you about it even before the announcement was officially made. You couldn’t be any happier for them. They really worked hard this entire semester despite dealing with excruciating long lectures, endless exams, practices, and studying. Each and everyone of them earned their spots on their team. You were of course just as overjoyed as your classmates, but the thing was, you're not going to be there supporting your college’s team. And nobody knows that. No one, not even your closest friends know about this betrayal. You still love your college’s team, it's just that you have more connections to the rival team.Â
You’ve been a fan of their team ever since you were a little girl and watched the games on tv as well as in person with your family. It's also the same college your dad graduated from, therefore you would always be updated with the latest news of what is going on between scores. Nerves were tingling as the days went by. The boys were play-fighting more often as they continued exchanging insults towards the other team in a sportful way. You just sit in the middle of their couch enjoying your favorite beverage before they all turn their attention to you. “Hey, you’ll be at the games right, Y/N?” Seth asked excitedly, sitting next to you with his eyes glowing so bright you almost went blind. You took an extra few seconds longer to part from your drink as you pulled out a smile. “Yeah, of course I’ll be there, I wouldn’t miss it!” Hearing that answer, that got all the boys to start hugging you and some teasing going around about how you’ll be cheering for them in the stadium.Â
“Say, if you’re not doing anything tomorrow, wanna stop by and watch us practice?” Jared asked, before stuffing his mouth with a bag of chips. “Sure why not? What time?”Â
“Three in the afternoon.” Embry responded, he pulled out his phone to double check and thankfully he was correct. You smile slightly dropped, “Oh umm at three? Maybe? I’ll see hehe” Great! At three?! That was when you were going to see your team practice. The boys all gave each other curious gazes before pointing their attention back at you. “I thought you had nothing going on tomorrow?” Quil poked at you curiously. “Well I forgot I had a meeting with an old acquaintance.” Your sweating bullets and the boy could sense something was off. “Alright, what are you hiding?” Jake says as he raises a brow.Â
“Nothing.” You tried sounding calm as possible but with six jocks staring at you intently would make anyone start shaking nervously. “Yeah right, spit it out!” Embry leans his body weight on the couch. “Really, I’m not!” It was clear no one believed your bluff. “Well then… I guess you're not leaving till you tell us!” Paul announced as he put his entire body weight on you. “Oh my god! Get off me, Lahote! You're heavy!” He just laughs at your dramatic antics. “Guys come on, I really do have nothing to hide!” Unsatisfied with your answer, Paul stayed where he was anchoring you from escaping, the guys just sat around the couch and started playing a movie. As you sit there losing circulation in your legs, your phone starts buzzing. Unfortunately, you couldn’t see who it was due to Paul still comfortably laying on your lap. “Can you get off now?” You groaned tiredly. “Nope.”Â
“Seth, can you pass me my phone?” You begged and the boy relented only to have the device snatched out his hands. “Ooh who’s texting you at this late hour? You got a boyfriend we all don’t know about?” Jared joked as he turned the screen over to look at the name of the person. “Pretty Boy?!” He screamed, baffled that you would have someone under that nickname. “Damn?! Who is he?” Jake pressed on with the question. “I’m not telling!” You crossed your arms over your chest as you turned to look the other way. Right in that perfect moment, your savior has arrived. “What’s going on? What are you boys doing?!” Oh how you are happy to hear that familiar authoritative tone.Â
“Sam! Please help!” You cried out. “Paul, get off her. And what are you guys doing fooling around at this hour when we have a big game in the next three days?” Saddened but obeying, Paul parted ways with your lap. “I think I should get going!” You declared, only to nearly fall to the ground from the lack of blood flow in your legs. “Woah there! I gotcha!” Seth assured. “Thank you!” After a few minutes, you dashed out of their dorm to get back to yours. As you made it into your door, your phone buzzed. It was Jake. “This isn’t over yet!” You read, you shook your head. What a bunch of knuckleheads? Well they were only half correct. Pretty boy was Silas Moore, the star and lead player of your favorite team. His skills, sportsmanship, and personality are the best of the best has ever seen. You’ve only ever met him three times out of the semester (thanks to your dad’s connections) but he still gave you his contact. His teammates teased him about him having no one supporting him which was shut down after you fiery told them that you’ll be there for him. A bunch of good hearty laughs came out of that.Â
As you were lost in thought, thinking back about those precious encounters, your phone was buzzing you back into reality. “Hmm? OH SHIT! H-Hello?” You answered, holding the phone closely to your ear. “Hey, is everything alright? Just wanted to make sure you can make it to our practice tomorrow? If you’re still down, I can come pick you up. Just let me know what time I can come around?” Your brain malfunctioned for a second. “Yeah of course! Ummm I guess… two in the afternoon. Oh wait! I forgot but umm don’t park your car in front of my campus. Just park three blocks away and text me when you’re here! I’ll come over as soon as I can! But thank you, Silas!” You finally let out that breath as you heard him chuckling in amusement. “Alrighty, Y/N. Sleep tight. Bye!” Then he hung up.Â
Now you’re just rushing to get into your bathroom to prepare for bed knowing that if you don’t wake up early the boys would definitely come looking for you. Rejuvenated and refreshed, you hit the bed with alarms all set. It felt like an eternity before you heard the first alarm go off, you immediately sprang into action to get yourself ready. Less than ten minutes later, you were locking your door and running out of your dorm. Before completely leaving campus grounds you sent the guys a text. “Hey I’m not going to be on campus today. Feel free to update me with anything interesting! Love ya guys!”Â
At last, two o’clock finally hit, Silas was calling you. “Hey where are you at?” You asked. He got out of his car to wave at you. There he was. You ran to him with caution across the street to greet him and he excitedly greeted you back. Soon the two of you got into his car and drove off. It was a matter of minutes when you guys stopped at a fast food chain, “Sorry, gotta get the guys some food.”Â
“No worries, I can wait in the car.” He fashioned an apologetic smile as he ran into the restaurant hoping to make this a quick stop. Right as you sat in his car, you couldn’t help eyeing every car that was driving in and out of the parking lot. And what luck do you have to spot Jake’s freakin pickup truck with all the boys inside. “Seriously?!” You started reclining your chair as low as you could. Thankfully, due to where Silas parked, they couldn’t really see you. They all energetically walked their way to the door as loud as they typically are. While waiting for the coast to be clear, Silas returned with bags of food to find you in this odd manner. “I’m sorry it t-ook so long? Is everything okay?” He asked while putting the bags in the back seats. “Yeah! Yeah totally fine!” You start to bring the chair back to where it was originally as the ignition started again.Â
As he was pulling out, you saw Quil running out obnoxiously to then hop into the back of the truck to get his sweater. Luckily, you guys didn’t make eye contact. So many close calls! “So you're excited for the big game?” You asked but you knew his answer since he’s been talking about it ever since he got into the team. “How could I not? This was a dream come true! Nothing better!” A few miles more and you made it to an enormous stadium. You got out of the car and helped him with the heavy bags even though he insisted that he can carry all of it by himself. But your stubbornness won in the end.Â
“Aaay is that Y/N I see?” Daxton, Silas’s best man, chanted across the field. As close as you are to the boys, these guys are just as close even though you only ever hung out three times. “Woah! Long time no see, how ya doing?” Kylo cheered. They all stopped what they were doing to say hello. Their coach didn’t mind since he was friend’s with your dad. “So who are you going to root for during the games?” Fabien asked teasingly. “The coyotes of course.” That was the answer he was expecting but it lacks energy. “I’m sorry you said what?” Fabien asked again, holding his hand near his ear to be extra dramatic. “THE COYOTES!!” You screamed as loud and as passionate as they imagined. “HELL YEAH!! THAT’S RIGHT THE COYOTES!!! WOO! WOO! WOO!!” This made the entire group start roaring, chanting their victory already like a bunch of kids. This is what you loved about the sport, not really about the teams, more about how connected everyone was.Â
“Enough lazing around, get back to practicing!” Their coach yelled as he clapped his hands. “Glad to see you again.” He tipped his baseball cap as he went to a different corner to supervise the other players. “Wish me luck?” Silas jokes, with his gear and helmet on, off to the fields he goes to grab the ball.Â
Three days later…Â
Today was a big day. Everyone’s rushing to the stadium to get into their seats with their sports attire, face paint, and chants ready to go. Before you headed to your seat, you had to go see your boys before they went out into the fields. “Awww look who’s here?” Jared called out. All the boys turned their gazes to you. “Y/N, YOU MADE IT!” Seth ran towards you to give you the warmest hug he can offer. “Already here to congratulate us I see?” Paul asked playfully. You shook your head, “Well, we’ll see about that.” Grinning evilly. “What, you don’t think we’ll win?” Embry says as he gets his gear better fitted. “Like I said we’ll see.” With that, you wish them all luck and beg them to try not to get injured playing a game that will last for a short while. They didn’t make any promises but they sure will try. Afterwards, you stormed to your lucky seat, a seat closest to the field to watch the players.Â
One by one the boys on each team got out jumping with anticipation as they looked out into the crowds cheering for them. The boy's smile soon turned into frowns of betrayal. There you were sitting on the side of the stadium, and worse wearing one of the enemy’s teams jerseys. An anvil crashed on top of all of them as they saw you cheering for the other team. The game was brutal, both teams were giving it more than a hundred percent. In the end the wolves lost to the coyotes by a point, the blow was devastating to your fellow campus members but you were floored. “WE DID IT!!!” They screamed at their fans and Silas thanked you.Â
You turned your gaze to the boys, their helmets were off as they were gasping for air. All equally tired but disappointed when they made eye contact with you. They shook their heads, this will be a long ride home to your dorm.Â
The day after…Â
You have to do a lot to make it up to the boys. They won’t talk to you, won’t even look at you, or hangout. It’ll be a while before they feel that enough time has passed. For now you just hope the goodies you're making in your kitchen will relieve them for now.
Can I request Paul x reader where reader has a facial scar that they are really insecure about. One day, one of the other pack members makes a comment about it, and the reader gets really upset.
🤠-anon
Hello, lovely Cowboy anon! What a cool idea, and thank you so much for the praise! I’m still new to the whole posting my writing thing, so I’m always a bit nervous as to how people will react 🙂
Warning: the character expresses some opinions about their looks that aren’t actually true; obviously, facial scarring doesn’t make a person scary or bad. This is just the mindset of the character, not the author.
You had a scar. It wasn’t a small one; it split your face in half in a jagged, red line, marring your skin and just barely missing taking out your eye. It felt like the only thing people noticed about you; usually it was the first question anyone asked. Everyone always wanted to know what horrific, sordid tale you had, but the truth was even worse: nothing special had happened. It was a bad injury as a child from an accident, though you couldn’t even remember what had happened, you’d been so young.Â
Sometimes it felt like that was worse. If you had some gruesome tale, maybe it would distract from the scar and give you some confidence. Instead, all you had was a face even your parents struggled to look at and a huge physical therapy bill.
When you’d met Paul, you’d finally felt seen, like someone knew you for who you were and not what you looked like. He hadn’t even really asked about the scar, he’d been so focused on staring into your eyes. That’s what drew you to him, initially; he looked into your eyes. No one had done that, not as long as you could remember.Â
Paul honestly didn’t really register the scar beyond it being part of your face. It was just another feature that defined you as unique, like your expressive eyes or adorable laugh. He hadn’t even thought about how anyone else would react, let alone how you would feel about it. All he wanted was to introduce you, his imprint and the center of his universe, to his best friends, practically his siblings.Â
When you expressed concern about what the others would think, Paul assured you they would never do anything to hurt you. In fact, he told you, Sam’s girlfriend Emily had a similar scar, so everyone was used to being polite.
He was wrong.
The first thing Sam said when the two of you walked in was a snarled “Paul, what did you do?!”. He practically leapt across the room, dragging him bodily out the door as he struggled not to shift. The two stood on the far side of the yard, clearly arguing, Paul struggling not to shift. You weren’t sure what had upset Sam, but you knew it had to be serious for the, as Paul had described, normally calm man to be so angry.
The next thing that happened was Jared walking in, muffin hanging from his hand, as he exclaimed “holy shit! What the hell did Paul do to you?”. Then, it hit you. They were talking about your scar. For once, you hadn’t even thought to wonder what they would think about you, Paul’s confidence at their presumed lack of care had rubbed off on you. You realized Sam was convinced Paul had hurt you, had shifted and created the large, hideous crater across your face. All along, he had been wrong; the scar was all anyone would ever see. You couldn’t even meet Paul’s friends without someone thinking you’d had some horrific incident, forever injured by your imprint’s wild temper.Â
You opened your mouth to defend Paul, only to slam it shut as your eyes filled with tears, damaged tear duct stinging at the salt. Your face fell, mouth wavering as you tried not to cry, and you flew out the door and down the yard. You raced to the car and hopped in, slamming the door shut and quickly backing out.Â
The drive back was quiet and solemn, all alone for the first time in weeks, and you had to stop multiple times just to cry. You should’ve known better than to get your hopes up. By the time you reached your house, you had no tears left to cry. All you wanted was to bury your head in blankets and never come up for air, maybe save the world the sight of your face.
Once you entered your bedroom, you spotted Paul, shirtless, by the window. He radiated warmth into the now cold, dark room, looking sheepish.
“Hey. I’m sorry about what the guys said, Emily’s gonna talk to them and make them apologize. They didn’t mean to scare you off by talking about your scar…” He said, rubbing his arm in thought.
“I-I just thought that, maybe, someone would look at me for me, not my scar! It’s all I wanted, all I ever want, and you’re the only one that sees me! Am I going to be stuck this way forever?!” You vented, hands reaching up to clutch at your forehead in frustration.
“No, no! I promise, the boys will love you; it was just a surprise, is all. Please, just give them another chance,” he pleaded stepping closer.
“And you aren’t hideous. I love your face, scar and all. It’s part of what makes you who you are.” he continued, bringing you into a tight hug and burying your head in his warm shoulder. “If you want, I can beat them up for you, maybe give them a scar and see how they feel?” He joked, smiling at the soft, hiccuping laugh that rang through you. You sighed, further melting into his chest.Â
“Hey, how about we cuddle? I can feel your goosebumps,” he teased, dragging you to the bed as you sighed. Laying down, he gripped your leg and threw it over his hip, wrapping his arms around you and rubbing your back. He pressed a gentle kiss to your forehead and traced your scar, whisper-soft. “I love you, okay? Don’t ever forget that.” He sighed, putting his chin to your forehead. You hummed, burrowing in deep, already drifting off. Maybe you would ask him to make the pack train extra hard as compensation.

So for this one, I think most of the characters would react the same so I’m going to do general headcanons
I think the panic would be palpable. Your wolf would be absolutely inconsolable. It’s hard enough having an imprint who is soft and fragile, just a human, but having you go missing is an amalgamation of their worst fears.
Drives the others crazy through the mental bond, picturing the worst case scenarios constantly and being unable to focus on anything else except you.
Searches all of your most common hangout spots, desperately trying to catch your scent so they can go on a more dedicated hunt for you.
The whole pack creates a schedule, everyone either looking for you throughout the surrounding woods or checking up on the places you would frequent. The whole pack understands the urgency and can only feel deep sympathy for your wolf, knowing that they would react the exact same way if their imprint went missing.Â
If it turns out you’ve been taken, most likely by an enemy vampire, they call the Cullens in and full out attack, ripping them to shreds in a heartbeat. Luckily, they got to you quickly enough you haven’t been too hurt.
Slightly more likely is you simply getting lost in the woods; you thought you would be able to find your way, given how much time you spend exploring with your wolf, but you had overestimated your abilities and ended up getting stranded in the middle of unfamiliar territory. They find you, then they don’t let you leave their side for at least a month, paranoid you’ll get lost and die in the woods.
now playing : “i leave you for a few minutes, and the wolves descend.”
things change [but not him.]

"Cody, I was thinking that we should stick together tonight for Harlan's Halloween bash, since we are both dateless." Y/N casually said as they worked out. "We can make it a friend date."
Cody put his set of weights down and wiped the sweat off his face, and looked at Y/N. "Friend date?"
"Yeah, you know. Two people who are on a date as friends? So, it doesn't have to be awkward or weird. And you don't have to do that thing where you have sex at a party in someone else's bed."
Cody blinked and laughed. "Dude, I'd love to be your friend date to Harlan's party."
"Really? Cool. Wear something sexy." Y/N jokes as Cody smiled.
