Here's the progress so far:

Former 4th Espada Qibli and Soul Reaper Captain Winter.

Qibli was a hollow born in Hueco Mundo. Eventually he gained sentience as an adjuchas where he was raised by another older adjuchas named Cobra along with two others known as Sirocco and Rattlesnake.

Eventually, he was deemed as a disappointment and left alone to die in Hueco Mundo's dessert where he was found by a Vasto Lorde named Thorn. Eventually with her guidance, he became a Vasto Lorde and became an arrancar. He joined the Espada and made his way up to the 4th rank, until he defected with Thorn once they realized Aizen was going to kill them for being too compassionate and kind.
