my problem is that i hate the punk brujah trope, the ceo ventrue trope and the pretentious artist/club owner toreador trope. it's all been done too many times for me to find it interesting. i want more scholarly, philosophical brujah. i want mafia boss type ventrue. i want obsessive, serial killer toreador who don't care about their humanity.

Their bane, compulsion and the vicissitude discipline combined with their generally individualistic clan culture should be a breeding ground for diverse characters from all walks of life, who end up being in all of the sects. There is so much potential not only for inhuman, evil monsters to be in the clan, but creatures who cling to their humanity for dear (un)life despite the odds, especially in modern nights
I think that, at the very least, every Tzimisce character should be treated as a wild card of sorts, someone who can shake up the status quo, and not someone to immediately become the antagonist
