Alchemist by intq49
A creepy fantasy painting by Steve Crisp.
I finally found a decent full-coverage scan of Steve Crisp’s wraparound cover for Paul Kearney’s Second Empire. I previously posted high-resolution scans of the wizard and the table of scary stuff.

Cover art by Elena Berezina for Deti Utrenney Zvezdy (Children of the Morning Star), the fifth novel in the series Dzhenni Dalfin i Skrytye Zemle (Jenny Dalfin and the Hidden World) by Alexey Oleynikov.
It’s hard to find anything about this in English. I did the translating myself, and can’t guarantee that it’s correct.
Incidentally, this cover art style is exactly like the children’s fantasy novels I used to get from Scholastic.
Another pretty old drawing, also one I don’t have anymore. I plan to redo it one of these days and scan it a bit better.
