Today is a work at home day. I will be meeting a client at Panera Bread during the lunch hour.

November is here, so I'm putting away the sandals for the winter and bringing out the boots. I'm not sure what I like wearing better, sandals or boots.

What I am wearing today to the office.

We're encouraged to dress somewhat costume-y if we so choose, just to have a "fun" day. We don't think clients will be turned off if we have somewhat of a "costume party" for Halloween LOL. My boyfriend and I want to go to a haunted house on Halloween itself, so we will be doing that, and going out to dinner, after work.

I made a mistake this year, that I seem to make every year, and that is not wearing enough of my Halloween pieces during the season. I always end up with items that I don't wear; I'm always apprehensive of bringing them out too soon, but then at the end, like today, I always think, what's the big deal, if I wear a dress with pumpkin prints, or a blouse with ghost prints? If I style the rest of the outfit right, there's no reason it can't look professional. I need to get over that for October 2023.

Today, my boyfriend and I will go out to dinner and to a haunted house. Since there is no festival or anything that we can find, we agreed to dress up. We'll probably hang out in a park for a while in the afternoon beforehand, to enjoy the last of the fall leaves.

I'm happy that the rain held off, so that we could spend the day outside.

I would have chosen an orange cardigan if I had one; I'll be looking for one on a future shopping trip. I'm not sure I want to go with black, but I think white will look good. I don't see myself needing it until later this evening anyhow.

I'm liking this skirt and these nylons together, with the bat prints, and with the overall color scheme. I do wish, though, it was slightly shorter, so that more of the bat prints in the nylons were visible, but I think it's cute nontheless. I was thinking about wearing solid orange nylons, actually, as I'm not really in a black mood, with the day being so nice and sunny, but when i look in the mirror, my color scheme seems balanced.

My boyfriend and I today are going to to go an amusement park about two hours away for their haunted event. There's not much color left on the trees, but we'll take in what's still around. It's also fairly warm, so a great day (and evening) to be outside.

I think the orange skirt transitions the mostly white t-shirt to the mostly gray and black leggings, since there is orange in both pieces. I think it'll be warm enough for sandals, especially with the day being so sunny. A little cooler, and I think I would go for black canvas sneakers.

What I am wearing today to the office.

I know my outfit is a little costum-y, but we're allowed, and even encouraged, to do so on Halloween every year. Just no masks or colored hair or anything like that. It shows clients that we are not a stuffy law firm. With Halloween being Monday this year, they allowed us to do so today, also, being Friday.

My boyfriend and I will be going to dinner and to a haunted house after work, as well.

Today is a work at home day. I will be meeting a client this afternoon at McDonald's.

I know my outfit is similar to the one from yesterday, but I did not see this client yesterday, nor will I see any of my coworkers, so it's not exactly redundant.

I normally wouldn't wear heels, either, for an out-of-office client meeting, but I've worn a lot of flats this month, as I will again the next several days, so I was in the mood.
