They're supposed to be representative of the nations reached after Christ's death! Let's put some effort in!

Option 1: Basic model

Asia: China, India, or Mongolia are acceptable

Europe: France, England or the Germanic tribes are fine

Africa: any group except Egypt (because Christ was already there)

But this bar is kinda low? There very well could have been European slaves in Jerusalem, and a fair chunk of Africa was accessible to the Romans

Option 2: Overthink it

Asia: Eliminate India but keep the rest of mainland Asia (Thailand, Vietnam etc)

Europe: The Nordic people and the Russians

Africa: The area south of the equator was never accessible to Rome so any of those tribes or nations

You though you want something truly bespoke. A nativity play that will make people take notice

Asia: Japan and Korea both weren't evangelized till later

Pacific Islanders: Hard to evangelize if you don't know they exist

North and South America: Okay but a Mayan or Incan wise man is pretty cool
