(someone on the internet made a joke about bucky and frank being spiderman’s tops, and bucky decided to use his PR assigned social media account to set the record straight😌)

he tagged frank’s foot cause he cant have anyone thinking those nasty toes belong to him!

Bucky doesn't really get involved in those, Yelena handles those.

But when Spiderman wonders down a hall that they didn't have access to any of the rooms he paused. Spiderman stared at the door before hitting a spot on the wall, a panel was revealed and after hesitating for a moment he entered in a code and the door opened.

The door remained opened as Spiderman walked inside so Bucky quickly stood into the door way looked inside. It looked to be a storage room.

Boxes just had " Kid's Room" " Kid's locker" " Mays room" "Mays kitchen " etc on them.

He especially points fingers to Sam and Bucky, he knows those two roughhouse way too much and his kid’s his so he knows that they’ll be a menace, it’s why he delayed introducing Peter to them

So Peter and Tony sat down with their lawyers present to update their custody arrangements for the summer. To work around Morgan's practices and games.

So yeah maybe Tony forgot that he sent Happy with Pepper for a meeting out of state. And yeah he has been late but he has never been this late. He shows up over a hour after the game ended to an empty ball park.

He quickly calls the phone he got Morgan.

" Hi Daddy!"

" I'm so sorry Morggie. I got caught up in a meeting, where are you? I'm at the park"

" The game ended a long time ago daddy! But thats okay I called Bucky to pick me up. "

" Who the hell is Bucky?"

Then Tony remembered, that Peter mentioned he was seeing someone a guy named James but people call him Bucly. Except Peter who always refers to him by James or Jamie. He never met the guy but he had Happy and Natasha do the dirty work of finding what they could on the guy. That way he could plead ignorance. Tony is just surprised he is still around. Far as he knows he is the only guy Peter has ever brought around Morgan.

" Ah okay I know... Bucky. But where are you?"

Tony had already got back in his car, pulling up the tracker he has one Morgan's phone to see where she was at. He sighs in relief when he sees she is at Peter's brownstone in Queens.

" At home. Papa had that big dinner with Uncle Harry but when Bucky called Papa about me calling to pick me up he said he would be home soon."

" Why didn't you just have him take you to my place?"

" Cause you said No Boyfriend of Papa is gonna enter your place ever? "

" Okay fair I do remember saying that.... put... Bucky on the phone."

There was some shuffling before a deep voice came on the line.

" Hello."

" Listen. I'm glad you picked up Morgan. Kudos for stepping up. But why wasn't I called? Who the hell do you think you are? "

" I'm the guy who received a call from my partners crying kid about being left by herself at the park. I called Peter after YOU didn't answer. So I picked her up and took her home where Peter said to take her"

Okay so maybe he always remembers getting a call from a number but told Friday to ignore it.

" Fine. Great. I'm on my way to get her. It's my weekend anyway."

" We will be here"

"And why are you at Peter's place? He give you a key for emergencies?"

" Wow. When Peter says you never paid attention to what he says I thought it was just bad talk about the ex but... wow"

"What the fuck is that supposed to mean!?"

" Peter and I bought this place together few months back after the engagement"

"Engagement? I haven't proposed to anyone."

" ... wow... you know what you will find out when you get here Stark."

The line goes dead. Tony stares at the phone before dropping it. He now remembered a few months back of Peter wanting to update the custody arrangements about living situation but he got side tracked and just got his lawyers to deal with it. Which they were more than happy to as Peter would only now receive child support and spousal support.

He ...should have paid attention to the paper work. He'll he should have paid attention to when Peter asked him if he was okay with all of this. Maybe he should have paid attention to when Peter first started bringing up the guy.

"Are you James Buchanan Barnes?"

" Who wants to know?"

" My name is Mary May Parker and I am your daughter"

Peter can produce an organic webbing but it has healing properties. He uses his synthetic webbing to swing around.
