From December 2014 to March 2016, the band uploaded several YouTube videos featuring Martin Molin documenting the construction of a music box which uses marbles to play instruments.

Instruments played by marbles striking them include a vibraphone, bass guitar, cymbal, an emulated kick drum, hi-hat, and snare drum sounds using contact microphones.

he doesnt actually want to build the machine

he says "oh if its the right idea then ill be motivated" but that is just cope, he is genuenly sick of the project. i know this because its what i tell myself when i am sick of a project im working on and i just dont want to finish. and i keep coming up with these scheemes to motivate myself like "oh if i switch the format" or "if i come up with an even more clever twist at the end" or "if i just follow this work schedule strategy"

when the truth i just do no want to fucking doing and i cant make my self do it. and the only secret sauce here is just forcing yourself to do it even if you dont want to, is just force yourself to spend a terrible time doing somethin that looks horrible and you hate and then you find the motivation to finish it as you work

this whole "i only work when im passionate about it" is for losers, real completionists know to grind through the pain.
