Reasoning: oh my godd bruh NEVER let merryweather cook again cause what do you mean one of the three main characters one of the most important characters to the story itself has NOOOOO backstory i mean what is his PURPOSE in the narrative aside from occasional aura and hype moments and like. to be a narrative accessory to the 2 other main characters oh my god bruh WHERES HIS BACKSTORY he doesnt even have a last name. he has one panel of backstory & for someone supposedly so important to the plot we still dont know ANYTHING about him and then the webcomic ended. and then fucking MERRYWEATHER still says shit like "my babies :3 and gideon too i guess" STOP IT STOPPPP IT whyyyy is the asian coded man not given a real place in the narrative whyyyyyy does he barely exist outside of the 2 other white protagonists why is his only purpose to be motherly MERRYWEATHER YOU FUCKING whatever man. whatever bro idgaffff i clearly dgaffff
