I just got home from my 1st company trip with @winky_lux ! We spent 3 days in Nashville, Tennessee and we did a lot of really fun things. We took a music tour and learned a lot about country music and its history. I went for a jog with one of my bosses so that I could do some sightseeing and of course we went to some incredible restaurants and I had some of the best meals of my life! More than anything I was able to meet so many people that I work with and everybody made me feel like I've been a part of the team for years! Every single person was so welcoming and kind and I made genuine connections and had hundreds of conversations throughout the last 3 days. My manager Jenna is literally the coolest person and im stoked to be on her team! I'd also like to say a special note about the CEO of the company, Natalie. I've never met somebody that is as important as her, but treats their employees like family. She was so approachable and kind and made sure that she spoke with everybody. The company culture is all about joy and confidence and love and individuality. I was a huge fan of Winky Lux before I started working with them, and now I want to be a part of the company as long as it exists.
