Without vertex normals, models exported from CAD programs often suffer from these creases (Top Left). A strategy to remove them is to delete the area around the crease in Wings3D and use the Quadrangulate tool to re-order the topology. This usually removes the crease making for clean renders.

I made a space ship.
So on Tuesday night I saw Wings 3D. It was cool and interesting, but the best part was listening to David Tennant's voice for an extended period of time :)
I learned so much about birds today....
I learned that some birds are just lazy fucks and p much let dolphins and other animals do all the work...
I learned that barn swallows are majestic as fuck
I also learned that this species of bird in Rome are like the best acrobats in the world and they are a force to be reckoned with...
But most importantly of all....
I learned that David Tennants magnificent voice can lull me to sleep and I am completely ok with that.
