The East Coast’s leading center for occult research, Center for philosophical study, complete collection of ancient literature, and paranormal hot spot. 

Odelia has owned and curated this library for years. One would be hard pressed to remember what it was like before she came along to refurbish it, or if it was even there to begin with, the memory of the place left on mortal minds a fluctuating thing.

At surface purposes, Odelia uses Windemere as an office for her psychiatric appointments and some of her private classes, and opens it to the public for a limited time every week for book rentals and study. 

At a deeper level, this is her home; her base of operations, her territory as a vampire.

And at the level few understand, Windemere is a very special place where the veil is weak between worlds, where the curtain lifts, where walls between worlds are crumbling. It is a hot spot for ghosts, fae, spirits, and other supernatural phenomenon.
