So this is Meredith as a baby, Mortimer originally created her (w/ his ice magic) to be a more advanced/powerful version of those lil icicle thingies- but he grew attached to her bc he's a lonely old man- and started raising her as his daughter yippee he also teachers her ice magic cus uh fuck you /lh

Meredith is very curious and loves to explore- which means that she gets into lots of mishap- She can't really leave the igloo/ice palace bc she's made of. of ice- so she'll melt

This ofc leaves Mortimer with no choice but to be kind of an overprotective father, but he's doin his best

He constantly has to drag Meredith (even when she's older) out of trouble, because of her curiosity- she tends to just- walk right into danger LMAO- I imagine he has to dump buckets of snow on her to keep her from melting, the thought is funny to me

In addition, Meredith's eyes are colored like an aurora borealis (big words for dexter) because uh yes <3 here's a shitty doodle as an example
