For the gym thing I never liked going to the gym much but I've recently found a women only gym and it's been really nice there's no pressure or feelings of being judged. And I try to go in the middle of the day when most people don't work out so there's only maybe 3 other people max working out.
I still couldnt do that, I have really bad social phobia, i can just about cope with shopping on my own
