Tell me about TTRPGs that you don't often get to talk about.
I've got two from my bookshelf that I hardly see any presence on tumblr here for you. Double Creature Feature for you, brave warrior.
is a dungeon crawler focused around exploring and surviving in The Underworld, a vast megadungeon beneath The City.
Who out here is gonna pretend that name doesn't fuck hard?
There are lots of mechanics centered around the importants of mundane actions, like light, rations, and my beloved inventory management. The art and description may make it look too crunchy for some, but don't let it fool you, it's extremely accessible and created with whimsy in mind!
Your characters, adventurers, are all weirdos because what kind of weirdo goes exploring dungeons? A key part of character creation is defining events in your past that makes you a weirdo! Bonds between adventurers also play a key role in the game. No one here is the main character, and you would be nothing without your party. Everyone has a role, and everyone gets to advocate for why they get the bigger share of the gold.
Crawl into The Underworld, explore, loot, navigate challenges, complete your own personal quests, and then return to The City to cash in on your gold and experience.
I will always holler about the fact that this game uses a tarot deck as it's randomization element. Cast aside your d20s and your pools of d6s and draw your fate!
Fans of things like Dungeon Meshi, pulp fantasy, the lighting system Dark Souls 2 could have had, and old dungeon crawler videogames should definitely check this out.

A game about hunting monsters, cooking monsters, and maintaining the environment.
Set in a post-post-apocalypse on a faraway world, you play as a Wilder of The One Land; and in The One Land, there is One Law:
This game is absolutely brimming with creativity; the weapons your Wilders use are massive kitchen utensils, made from a fantastic metal left behind by a long-gone race that once brought humanity here.
As you eat monsters, your character will slowly mutate, taking on the traits of your meals.
Contend against the frenzy, a dire plague that threatens the balance of life throughout the One Land; as well as The Charter, a trade conglomerate of giants that live in a sequestered city, deep in the frozen tundra of the arctic.
Your characters will be defined by their cooking techniques, their favorite meals, and the massive kitchen tools they wield. Each character will also have the opportunity to choose or create a specific monster that helped define them through formative experiences.
If you're interested in things like Monster Hunter, Princess Mononoke, and Zelda; this is absolutely one to check out.
