#latergram from last nights #instadram pours. I did this #whiskyflight again last night to see the different flavor profiles of these global #whisky powerhouses. You have the undisputed International #scotchwhisky king #johnniewalker Blue the #topshelf in every country of the world that is just #blendedwhisky perfection, such an easy drinker but for me is just a great pour, no wow factor BUT I have also drank some amazing #rarewhisky so I am not a normal #whiskydrinker. Then the #jackdaniels Sinatra Select, smooth as can be has me yearning for a higher ABV, if they did a cask strength Sinatra it would be game over. Next up #bushmills 21 which is drinking a Michelin Star meal, so many little flavor notes of yumminess but the low ABV makes it hard for me to love love, it’s the amazing soup with a special broth at a Michelin restaurant that you just love, but I want the meat dish with the bigger punch. Last but not least #themacallan 18, the 2017 release and the sherry notes are just quite lovely, a very well rounded #scotch and of this lineup here probably my favorite. #lunchofchampions with a little #sashimisushi and a #whiskyflight of #ichirosmalt. The 2018 #ichirosmaltchichibu Paris, London and US edition paired with some #sashim🍣.
