Enters only when it wants to.

Highly sensory, curious, sometimes indifferent.

Keeps constant vigilance; leaves if it senses danger.

Perfect for lucid trance: follows instructions while retaining autonomy.

Trance cue: internal “purr,” floating gaze, relaxed but aware breathing.

2️⃣ The Dog 🐶 – The Loyal Collaborator

Very receptive; follows guidance without resistance.

Needs rapport and connection with the hypnotist.

Learns quickly, responds to direct suggestions.

Trance cue: active obedience, deep relaxation, emotional responsiveness.

3️⃣ The Snake 🐍 – The Analytical Cautious One

Hyper-vigilant, constantly assessing risk.

Can enter deep trance, but with multiple micro-exits.

Uses internal techniques to control induction: mudras, breath shifts, micro-anchors.
