Love the smooth creamy texture! The fillings for lamb and beef are slow cook in cast iron pots with good quality red wine, hence the texture is soft and juicy. ๐๐ป๐๐โฃ โฃ ๐ฐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ซ๐จ๐ญ ๐๐๐ค๐ (S$7) - A pleasingly moist and flavourful cake. Filled with pineapple, coconut bits & dried fruits. Rum & Cinnamon are added which gives a scent of Christmas!
