And on the other foot, my new night splint. To be worn all night. Every night. Indefinitely. Plantar fasciitis. I've been limping like 50% of the time lately because standing is painful enough that I'm willing to sleep in this thing and walking is worse. Basically the muscles on the bottom of my foot are too short and now they're angry.
