keep trying and failing to write fanfiction bc one of the things I like about the things I like is the plot!! why would I do a new one, I like what’s there? related: can’t do this fix-it fic I’ve been mulling over because one of the things I enjoy about the world in question is how dynamic and living it is! “fixing it” is complex and would have ripples if not waves throughout the rest of the story, changing it fundamentally!! and then what’s the point?!
